Permission to Publish?

Hi there!
I'm a little confused and could use some help >.<
I've never published on Tapas before and I wanted to try it out, when I hit the publish button is tells me:
"You don't have permissions to access this page."
Did I do something wrong? How can I get access to publish?
I've used Webtoon before with no issues so I'm wondering if I'm missing something, like do I need to use the app on my desktop or use the site for a certain amount of time? Please excuse me if the answer is really obvious I'm just not sure what the issue is.
Any advice appreciated!

I've never experienced any problem creating a series on Tapas, unless they've changed their method.

Back when I registered it was:

1. Create an account
2. Go to dashboard
3. Click "New Series", select if comic or novel
4. Then fill on the info, chapter, load files and such.

Never had to go to creators.tapas.io, which by checking myself, no I don't have access either.
I simply go to tapas.io/dashboard/index then create my series.

What seems to be the thing is that said link you got is for Original creators that have a contract with Tapas or must be an outdated feature.
