Ugh, I've been wanting to do this for like two years, but haven't had anything that feels polished enough. I need to buckle down just get something ready to go. Dx Does anybody have advice when a novel draft has 'felt' ready?

Whoops, it was org, not com cxI am going to reread, revise, get others to swap reviews, then possibly rewrite.
Plus I need to revamp my query letter and synopsis.
I did #DVPit but got feedback that agents want the entire graphic novel written out. I only had a sample, first chapter, and synopsis. Working like mad on my script now, but I won't make #PitMad. Maybe in March. I'm considering paying a freelance editor to look at the manuscript but haven't found someone who's experienced in comics critique.
Have you tried submitting to the graphic novel agents list?

Oof. There's a lot of good books on here, but I can understand it being missed.
I'm just not on Tapas a lot anymore, so I've missed out on recent developments.

It seems cool but what do the mentors get out of doing all this for free? Guess I'm confused about how all of this works.
Mentors iirc are previous pitch war winners who just wanna help out others.

I definitely will, but I'm a little paranoid of my work's quality so I'll be focused on revision first.
