how do you start posting on Twitter and instagram? I am new to everything, new to tapas/webtoons, new to insta and new to twitter so it's difficult to get somewhere

Speaking of that, I believe I get the most views on my comic when I post my secondary update at the end of the week as opposed to when it comes out on Mondays.

I currently only do one update a week, and it's usually comic related these days, but after the wedding I would like to get back to posting more art pieces too (shoot, I got a piece in the studio that will remain half done till after I wrap up this wedding stuff haha XD).

That's what's up for FurAffinity, I really only hear positive things about that place, so that's lovely.

Yassss I love being able to speak with other comic creators about all sorts of things. It's just so cozy being able to talk with folks on the same journey as you but taking different paths :0! YYYASSSSSSS I really miss cons and being able to connect with other artist live, there's just a rush of serotonin or something that really just gets you feeling good when your amongst other creators dishing on their techniques and showing off their works! it's just one of those things that happens when you're face to face, you know!

I'm really hoping to start cons again next year, and definitely in 2023d once I'm recovered (financially) from wedding stuff lol.

Just start posting your works online and the more you post, the more folks will start to see your work and with time followers. Try to use keywords in your descriptions that describe your work with tags that people like and follow that apply as well.

I know this wasn't directed at me, but this is the thread I made XD.

I found that twitter and instagram are not really new-user friendly, because my posts seem invisible and have zero views / likes every time lol

Yeah they aren't. Places that have posts that show when added to the site over queued up and feed by an algorithm give a better shot at this, but these days finding sites like that with a large audience reach is getting harder and harder to find.
