Please, i need your help in how to buy inks for support

Someone from my country chatted me that she is trying to buy ink to support me but it is rejecting her card. Her cards are verve and flex card. Please how is it done? And Why is it rejecting her card. I tried buying too but i couldn't input my cad number. Thanks so much in advance.
I tried to create server in tapas tech support on discord, it is saying invalid body. Please help me on that too.

some cards from different countries are probably not accepted on the site its happened to me on other sites too of someone wanting to pay for my content.

got this quickly from google to show you:
the long number is the card nuber (1). the date until its valid ( 2), the name of the card holder (3), and then there is a security code (4), all of those need to be entered.

Other than that you could use paypal to buy ink. If that is an option for your friend.
