The panel arrangements are much better and easy on the eye. Now the next step is your lettering. Do you have access to digital software? Were I you, I would type the text. Minus that, I would draw bigger, with more space, so there would be more room in the speech bubbles for the words without looking so cramped.
Most artist write the dialogue first in the panels and then draw the art around it. Years ago I used to do my art first, and dialogue last. Once I changed, there was a big jump on how my comics looked.
