I don't know sometimes I do add them but eyebrows are usually connected on the forehead.

:3 I said eyelashes not eyebrows. But ok, your character is versatile anyway you can then add the eyelashes only on special occasions.

I usually draw eyelashes on female characters or when characters act "girly".
