Today I had some time so I thought I'd draw my main character Ryan from
my novel.

I feel like sometimes, the inbetween scenes are lost as I want to focus
on the plot. When I have some free time I like to give it a quick illustration
as I think some of those moments are kinda cute!

I’ve been writing the dialogue for my comic, and boy- things really start cooking after page 117 🫢 My current guess for how many pages this comic will be is around 200. I’m at 125 with the dialogue right now and the end is looking closer than ever.

I'm by no means as good as you xd I stay away from halftones because I was overusing them a lot in practice comics.

Finished up a panel for the webcomic and was trying out a different method of shading etc as I'm currently working on the night scenes

It's tempting to keep this sort of style and refine just to maintain the sanity but then at the same time it's a bit of a jump so not sure what to do really
It does get the panels done a fraction faster though

I think what does it is that it's an obvious step back for what I usually do but I need to learn to tone it back because working on panel after panel is vastly different from a normal illustration. And I nearly have this episode complete, which is earlier that the planned date as I'm not paying attention to details with the shading
