Not the glorious half-angels of old legends.
Not the weary creature of Philippine folklore such as
the Kapre and Tikbalang. Nor the aswangs and
manananggals. These were malformed titans, sinew-clad
and crowned in antlers of bone, their eyes ablaze with
primordial vengeance. These were Nephilim from the
Inferno and they tore through space as if it were cloth."
