Started on my final 2025 piece- the Borealis children
It's a long story, but I'll try to shorten it...back when I was a kid/teen, me and my best friend used to draw comics. We were both big readers of X-Men and X-Factor so we created our own little mutant comics with characters...he created a character called Star and from time to time we would do "crossovers" of sorts(he'd put my characters in his, and I'd put his characters in my book); we ended up creating a bad guy group for his comic- and we revealed that the leader of the bad guy group was a character I created called Arconne- she ended being Star's younger sister.
A lot happened and Arconne ended up supposedly being killed- she lived, but was whisked away and tortured by a character I created called Orion...Orion had a grudge against Arconne & Star's mother, and killed her; my group ended up battling Orion and defeated her, freeing Arconne...I later added to the lore a younger brother- Starter, who was orphaned upon their mother's death- and who both sisters had no knowledge existed.
He arrived on earth and battled Arconne, who defeated him- and took him in to see if they could mend things and create relationship with him.
So yeah, when people ask "lemme see your OCs" my eyes get super big because I've been creating characters for a LONG time...so since I've been updating my OCs designs for the last 6 years, I decided to do them- the Borealis children(their mother's name was Aurora Borealis; she was a star goddess- as was Orion...they have star power abilities as well, but they are more like demi gods- not as powerful).
Now that I've gotten the long winded explanation out the way, here's progress on the piece so far...
