Posting New Updates or Adding on to Previous Posts?

I'm relatively new to posting comics here on Tapas and recently I've had a question: Once I post a comic page, should I later add on to that post once I finish another page, or should I post that new page as a different post?
Not sure if that makes sense, but what I'm worried about mainly is if it affects the traction the comic receives.

You should post it as a new update and edit already posted ones if you want to fix something in them

I believe if you only add more pages to an episode only your subscribers will see it.
