Private Mode or a Test mode?

Is there a way I can upload my comic panels, but not have them viewable by the general public? I want to test things out and see how it all looks before make my comic public.

As is, it's a bit annoying. I don't see an option anywhere when I create a new comic to publish privately.

Mm, you can queue a page for a far off release date and view it on desktop, but unfortunately you can't view queued pages on mobile through the app.

When uploading a page you can see how it would look by clicking in the preview button.

Feature request then? Because... This is pretty important. ;/ Making a Tapas comic essentially requires you to draw exclusively for this medium (vertical scrolling) and yet, we don't have robust preview/screening options to ensure our art will be looking the best it can possibly look?

Yeah. Posting my comic requires me draw around this medium. That's a huge investment in of itself. Should really have some tools to make that investment a little easier.

I guess a work around right now is to find a webtoon-formatted comic on the app that you think does it well and open the page on desktop and compare yours to theirs that way.

@antigonewillis what I like to do is download the file onto my phone (or just open it via google drive app preview), and zoom in so that the picture fills the phone screen. It's not perfect but it definitely helps get an idea of how it will look on mobile.

Another option on the desktop if you want to see the mobile version is:

1) Use the preview mode
2) Click with left button and go to inspect element
3) select the mobile view.

In case you have Adobe Cloud, I also recommend using the program Adobe XD.
It is used for mobile and web mockups, but I use it to create a scrolling version of my comic to preview it.
