Problem with the app

I know that there's no tech support option anymore, so I'm listing this under questions.
Every time I open the app, it instantly closes. What should I do? I've tried restarting my phone, but it still won't open.

Did you do anything specific? Did you write an email to tech support?
I've been having the same problem for the past 3 days and it's still not working.
So far, I've tried clearing the cache, restarting my phone and reinstalling the app.
