Hey there people,
what programs would you recommend for model posing?
I got clip studio and it doesn´t work for me, art pose pro doesn´t work
with my hardware, design dool doesn´t work on the make.
I use figurosity but they have limited models which are all cool
but you can´t change them.

I´m looking for something where you properly change the bodies in
a realistic way and pose them

there's a program named "Artpose pro" on the phone. though working with how you change the pose is a total nightmare,i think it has the proportions and body structure done right

I use magic poser on iOS (it's free! Except some few assets). Not sure if it's on Android. Or You also can use easy pose. It's on iOS and android.

I´ll try magic poser, it looks interesting, thank you

The best program is the camera of your smartphone  No one program doesn't give result which photo of real people gives. Seriously. Try to do video or photo youself for references.

I work with photos a lot but that´s not what I asked for

I... create custom poses for The Sims 3 using Blender, import them in the game and then take screenshots in there to use as reference  it's probably not the fastest method to create a pose and it takes a while getting used to Blender, but at least when I rotate one arm in Blender it doesn't rotate the whole friggin' body as it does on CSP. Also, although you can't technically change the size of the mannequin in Blender itself, once in The Sims you can create characters in a variety of body shapes, customize their faces, clothing and so on and so forth.

Here's a tutorial, in case you want to check it out: https://sims3cliptool.wordpress.com/tutorials/completeposetutorial/
A very similar method can be used for The Sims 4 as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eRYrJ1w6RZM

Not sure if any of that would be feasible for you, but I figured I'd throw it in there as an option :'D and even if you don't own any Sims game, I'm pretty sure it'd be possible to use a similar method to edit just about any 3D mannequin that comes with a rigged skeleton.

I have Sims 4 and did use screenshots in the past
Good to know that other people do that too. Whatever helps the creator is good

Aaaah, awesome! Yes, I swear that game is a blessing for artists, it saved my life so many times when it came to figuring out complicated perspectives and it's soooo easy to recreate the exact scenes you need with proper lighting and everything in just a few clicks

If those programs are too much for your PC to handle, I would suggest smartphone apps. If you're deadset on a PC program, try out MikuMikuDance! It isn't made for art reference, but it's an old program and lightweight.

You'll have to find a model yourself, but it's not hard at all to find MMD mannequin models.
