Title: Masque of Bone
Brief Description: Follow Edythe through the ruins of modern society, as she navigates the aftermath of the gods of old reclaiming the Earth from humanity's poison touch. Living in what is left of a once-proud city, her colony of survivors has become a radical group of Darwinistic people, trying to repopulate and cut out weak genes to make a stronger next generation to take back the world from the gods, at whatever the cost. Rumor has it, that there is a place, beyond the crumbled and overgrown city, where there is freedom in the countryside away from the concrete jungle the gods prowl
Another Description: The once modern monoliths and paragons of technological advancement have crumbled. Factories and warehouses have been swallowed by the once-proud earth they plagued. Smokestacks and nuclear plants have all since burned out as their polluting ways have been smothered. Once common comforts became luxury, as humanity had been taken down a step in the natural order, kicking and screaming upon its descent from the top. Their destruction and insolence were no longer tolerable, the planet they had steadily poisoned and tormented for decades finally had enough. The time of reckoning was upon them, spanning years, and though they tried to make their change, nothing worked. Nothing stopped what was to come.
