I want to know what other people are proud of in their own works!
Share something you're really proud of about your work and post the link!
It could be anything even if it's just that you had the guts to post it or that you love your own style! Go ahead and brag a bit!

For example, I'm really proud of my main character's development and how it continues throughout the story for better and worse!

On a side note, this is the first topic I've created so I hope I did it right.

Anyways, I guess I'm proud of how well the darker scenes of my novel turned out and the use of descriptive language.

I am proud of the fact that I've been able to finish as many stories that I have and that I'm still inspired to write more stories.

I am also proud of how real my characters feel. I have a larger cast and each character has a unique personality.

This is a great idea, thanks for the opportunity!

For my latest novel, I'm really happy about being able to touch on parenting issues from the perspective of an Asian as well as show how technology has evolved the landscape of parental (and romantic) relationships.

In Shackles, I'm proud of taking a step out of my comfort zone and use a more poetic and descriptive writing style to fit the historical China setting.

Finally, I'm very excited about exploring so many technological issues in Dark Bytes and it makes me happy to write so many action scenes too!

I just think the world-building is quite refreshing on this one. I get to write some awful characters too. I cannot find anything else.

I'm most proud of the humor and pacing in my stories. I work hard to weave my jokes into my writing without it feeling forced, and I try not to let any particular scene overstay it's welcome. I take a lot of inspiration from authors like Terry Pratchett, but I go about things in my unique way

Pride seems a very big word, but I do like how I could put so many different visual and storytelling approches in Effy. Animated gif, episode written in accounting, illustrated story, abstract, realism... not all equally successful, but looking back... well I do like all my babies...

I'm really proud of the characters, and the way they are designed to be people who have went through the apocalypse, but also very much were different people before the apocalypse. The story is a character study (my favorite thing!) so the most important thing is that everything I want to communicate comes through, and I think that's working!

Hello! I would say that what I'm most proud of my comic is that a few of my readers have said that it puts a smile on their face I'm proud that my series has a world that can take someone out of a hard day at work and bring them to a world where they can live out their dreams!

Hello!

For a long time I definitely was very... reserved about publishing my stories, but I finally felt ready this past August! So, that's definitely a big thing I am proud of.

More specifically, I am proud of having written a superhero story! I've always been a big fan of comic books, but that also means I've read a lot of them. lol. So, figuring out what type of plot I wanted was a big deal because there is already so many stories out there! But I am proud that I was able to incorporate some nods to the ones that I love and inspired me. Fun fact and a little spoiler! : Penn's alternate name of Felicia is a nod to Felicia Hardy who is the Black Cat in Spider-Man!

The Last Goddess (AKA TLG) is done in a slightly more formal writing style, which I previously veered away from, but I love how it's coming along so far! Also, I'm proud of being able to come out with my very diverse pantheon of deities!

I read your first chapter and thought it was amazing! I'm a bit of a slow reader as of late, but I can't wait to catch up and read more!
