I agree so much with that.
Ours has virtually none. You get exposition via visuals and dialogs and the very occasional line of narration.
Hopefully it will be to your taste (I will check everyone else as well) :
Oh man like... I want to share my comic, but I'm a bit hesitant since the beginning satirizes that trope with its characters thinking they're the center of the universe (it's also a set-up for a joke).

I try to make my exposition as natural as possible.
I don't feel like there is an exposition dump in my book. Just some quick points to move the reader into the plot.
Im sometimes worried, not having enough info at the start ^^' but I think like you in that regard, so thank you for this thread. Gonna check out some stories here later on.

with mine its more a grand entrance for the main villain , but if you see it as an exposition dump that's cool

I'll leave mine here. There's little to no exposition dumping.
I donât do much exposition, especially in the first chapter. The opening pages for Nixvir can be summed up as âSnowmen are real - Thereâs a place where they go when they melt.â We donât learn everything there is to know about the setting immediately; much like all the novels Iâve read, I slowly introduce everything via context throughout the story. Insofar as the snow world is concerned, we gradually find out more and more.
