Are you using promotional art and screen caps from the games for your episode thumbnails? Is that allowed? I don't think that ethical if you didn't draw/render those images. Consider doing something else for your episode thumbnails.
Indigo is correct. You are not allowed to use any artwork or assets that do not belong to you without express permission from the original artist. This includes any images generated by AI.
