I'm so here for it though. Gonna pour me a glass of wine and enjoy that later.

Its definitely enjoyable. So I've been told. The comments are the best. People write these comments and I can tell they are giggling in the background.
"You're...(giggling)...uh.....(snickers)....your descriptions are....really great."
"I really like.....(laughs)...I love your visual imagery....(dies laughing)"
"Nice.....(choking from laughter)...metaphors!"

This most recent chapter description includes a humorous anecdote about a stupid amount of research I did for a throwaway line in an intimate scene. Was it necessary? No. Did I do it anyway? Yes. Was it funny? I think so.

Oh man, the research vortexes I get into are absurd.

I totally spent over an hour the other day watching a historian talk about how women dealt with menstruation in the 1700s.
It's a diamond/diaper weave linen, btw. You wrap it like you girdle a dress and wear it like a backwards apron. Very effective.

Anyway, YAS. The Dumb things I've researched and am no hellbent to throw into the story...yeah, I know that feel.

I wouldn't mind participating! I've got two projects, both ongoing, both LGBT+, and both are Mature.

Red Knight is Fantasy Horror

While Take a Hike! is Modern Fantasy Romance.

Oh yeah! It's the dumbest shit. I'm on my third book about 18th century military strategy because im addicted now. It has nothing to do with the kind of romance I write. I'm just addicted and I can't stop.

Maybe you can write menstruation into one of your stories?

Oh, I completely intend to, even if it's a passing line. The amount of 'dumbness' that I have now is just growing by the day and I have zero regrets.

I am late to this :sparkles: but :point_right:🏼:point_left:🏼 I write LGBT/gothic horror and would like to connect with anyone else who is writing horror/gothic horror/dark themes and the like :eyes:

You also get :sparkles:
Historical fiction (1920’s)
Romance
Gender nonconforming MC
POC characters

Foreseeable warnings are mentions of past abuse and dealings with panic attacks and anxiety.

My novel is newer so I’d love the opportunity to get more promo  and I also love helping others and collabing while finding more things to read

here’s my link:

I'd love to do a promo for a fellow 1920's story. I've been posting to to my wall if you would like to do the same. Oh, and if you have any promo art or a thumbnail I can post that too!

I have :sparkles: so much art. And I’ll make a post as well for yours! I’ll DM my thumbnail and make few of my arts into promo as well! And if you have anything I can do the same

Wish I did but I am poor and ungifted in the art department so I'll trust your description! I'll get your's up tomorrow for the Saturday crowd.

This comic is absolutely amazing! :00 and the dub is so well put together!! You all definitely deserve more subscribers
I don't know if you're looking to do a mutual shout out or not, but my comic and yours are quite similar in genre and the main character if you'd like to check it out for yourself and decide! (no pressure of course!)

I was already subscribed to you and just need to get around to start reading, but I'd love to cross promo with you, as well! (I'm also writing gothic fantasy / horror!)
