I'm FeastOfNoise, author of premium novels Siren of the Desert and Mating Season here on Tapas. I'm also a Wattpad author under the same username. I'm new in the forums -this is only my second post- and so please feel free to correct me if I'm doing something wrong or I'm not following any community rules, especially in regards to collaborative work.
On Wattpad, I have a story with over 2M reads that I'm seriously considering making a manhwa-style comic for because I believe it has great potential. 
It's a mature novel, so the comic will naturally be mature-themed also. The novel is already completed.

What I'm looking for is a manhwa-style artist to partner up with on a 60%-40% basis (Artist-Writer). I know that illustration work can be time-consuming as I'm a casual artist myself (I actually made my very first digital art yesterday and it didn't turn out half as bad as I expected it to be lol), but so is writing (The Prison took me 8 years to write 
). However, depending on the artist's work, I'm willing to negotiate.
My only requirement is that the artist is fairly skilled, as The Prison is mature and so in my head I picture the art to be mature as well. I hope this is alright.
