You're late releasing a chapter of the manga; you have other side pieces and the novel to keep people entertained...

1 chapter equals 2 to 3 parts of the manga.

Do you "A" release the chapter in segments or parts to keep a consistent schedule?

Do you "B" release the full chapter, all parts, as my bad oops? And shoot for net time.

Or "C". Both release 1 chapter now, but schedule the other parts for later to keep them entertained and consistent, but it will still be in parts because they are too long?

I haven't had it happen in Tapas yet but I usually release the art in whatever state of completion and then complete it later.

My life has gotten very chaotic lately with my jobs and family life preventing me from producing art at my usual rate, I told folks what's going on and so I'm not "late" anymore per se.

If you care about consistent weekly viewership, do A. Even if it's really short, viewers usually prefer that over nothing.

The few times I've missed my deadline, I don't upload that week. I prefer that to keep the quality up, but I have lost some viewer numbers each time I've done that.

So I make 50 t0 70 panels at a time when loading a chapter on tapas This results in at least 2 pieces to a chapter. So instead of the 25 to 35 panels at a time you think I should make the chapter pieces 20 at a time making it up to 2 to 4 part of 1 chapter?

So if the Chapter is stretched out of the Novel, condensed into 2 parts from 60 to 70 panels, I should break it down into 3 to 4 parts, is that what you are saying? Won't people be mad that they are too short?

Thats exactly what I do. If you noticed my updates go from between 5 to 8 panels. That way I can maintain a consistent weekly schedule.

And as for readers? Personally I prefer reading comics with around 5 to 10 panels per update. Why?

Because Im a busy man and it enables me to read short bursts during break time (official or when theres a gap between jobs). Because tapas or webtoon or any app isnt really good with saving where you left off especially if its in the middle of a 70 panel episode

With 5 to 10 panels, its fast to get to the bottom of scrolling.

It hasn't noticeably but my Patreon audience is microscopic and I've never done it on Tapas because my Tapas buffer is several months out.
