1- I think maybe you should upload new episodes one per week, it'll be cool and that what I saw on tapas help about publishing when I started publishing too (but mine is just a novel)
2- When I started for the first time here on tapas, I saw the forum option and I said " Woah " , and I started publishing wherever, but then, I started to look for promotion topics and read for read topics, and you must Interact with other people, I also went to some of my social media friends and I shared it with them, on top of that, I went to tapas groups on Facebook and joined some of them, for publishing there as well, and I learned that the work must be well presented, I mean something like this
