Question regarding important notes for your comic

Okay, so I'm currently already storyboarding the comic/manga I'll be publishing on Tap, and it just dawned on me that, of course, I'll be advertising it to some of my other social media accounts. Question is: can I put a page for acknowledgements, dedications, notes on how to read the comic/manga,etc. on it? I'm planning on putting it right after the "cover page" so it's gonna be hypothetically page 2, and of course, it's gonna be there before the main content/story. I'm just confused because it says on a part of the guidelines that I should just focus on the main content of the comic/manga that I'll be publishing and showing to people, but some of my intended audience aren't familiar with Tap yet, so they won't be able to see some important notes about the comic/manga, which is why I decided to just dedicate a page for these notes so they'll be able to see them easily before they read the main content.

Mmmmm, it should be fine. It's kinda like how people did those "here's how to tip" mini comics in the middle of their comics .3.

I think the "focus on the main content" thing is just a guideline. You're not gonna be permabanned from the site just because you've got one or two pages that aren't story related lol

Yeah it's pretty much what rainbowolf said. I think in most cases this kind of information would be included with the cover page, usually in the same episode.
