Mavus blinks hard. "Did we just...were there pirates?"
Goldie is already naming her ship and what her flag will look like.
"I don't know." Baccus rubs his head. "There was screaming and then I sort of zoned out. The fuck happened?"
"I honestly don't know."
Goldie pulls her fur coat more on her shoulders. She points a golden nail to Mavus. "Second, get the crew ready to sail."
"What?"
"And you, make sure we have enough rum!" She points to Baccus who salutes.
"Wait, are we pirates now?" Ophelia stands. "I don't like water."
"No, we're not pirates now." Mavus shakes his head. After a moment, he looks to the camera. "right?'

Me, the author, DO YOU WANT TO BE?
Mavus once more adjusts his suit. He turns and smiled and looks like the cover of a GQ magazine. "I heard mention of colors. I work a lot with blueprints, so as long as I could read them, I don't mind."
Baccus, pouring his flask into this 'coffee' cup. He lifts his glasses for a second to look over the commotion. "Either I am entirely way too sober for this, or the mushrooms were way stronger than I thought."
"As noble-heir sons, we have to be scholarly and martially trained." Mavus replies
Baccus looks into the camera and winks. "All sorts of trained." He looks like he should be a key-phrase for a porn site search bar.
"Baccus." Mavus snorts through his nose.
Goldie holds up a hand to stop him. "No, no, let him keep going."
They don't see that Ophelia has also looked over and been hit by the powerful state of being ' t h i r s t y.'
Mavus shakes his head. "All right..." again he pulls on his suit to adjust it. "If you could have one superpower --"
"Are you fucking kidding me?" Goldie turns and hisses. "Don't be a basic bitch, Mavus. I can turn things into metal, flower child over there can grow anything, and you're asking for super powers. Oof." She throws a hand to Baccus. "Fuck it, give me the rum, now."
Mavus growls. "Fine. You win tickets to see any show in existence, what do you watch?"
Goldie points, "there is it. Now you're not just a pretty face."
