I'm an unhealthy bitch with a terrible diet lol. I'm really good at suppressing feelings of hunger and fullness. When I'm busy or hyper-fixated on something, I will eat once every 24-30 hours (like a sandwich or something, aka way below my caloric needs), and typically eat once a day at uni, no snacking of any sorts. Since this causes me to lose a lot of weight, whenever I go home I will eat 5-7 meals a day to make up the difference. Whenever I go to a buffet, I'll clear away a ridiculous amount of plates and not eat for the next one or two days.
A lot of acquaintances think I either a) never eat or b) are one of those skinny people who can eat 4000 calories a day and still not gain weight... my entire family expects me to just die of diet-related issues in the future.
