Pronouns and boobs will save you smiley

Sekhmet likes strong and bright women, preferably older, but not that much older. My friend is not very strong and is certainly too old for Sekhmet's tastes (she's almost 30 years older than Sekhmet).

My readers have a habit of being really enamored of characters who are minor. The hapless bandits, for example, or Lady Watanabe - who is not going to turn up again until, like, 200 pages from now. o.O I guess it's a good thing they like the main cast too, but still.

I think Ephelia is an interesting main character and I enjoy reading Wingless even after those 10 seconds (and I needed longer reading your comic haha).

I think there is nothing quit as uplifting as people getting invested in your characters. I got some really positive replies from people especially regarding the two female leads in Strayer and as the readership grows people really start to analyze their actions which is also really nice.
But other times people tend to get pretty ugly. Two of the five main characters of Strayer are fat/chubby and people somehow expect that to change over the course of the story, which can be pretty disheartening. I´m glad that´s not the majority of readers though.

I'm actually the fangirl of my RL friend's character. He's such an adorable little sweetie and I can go on and on about how cute of a character he is! X w X

She did! And over the years she had cried many times whenever I talked about any AU involving any form of death (death due to old age would be number 1 on the list of tearjerkers). We've known each other for 4 years now and I made her cried last week talking about my OC's death and how she became a ghost in my current comic haha

Ah yes I am! I tend to spend way to much time figuring characters out!

woah dang i wish i had fans like this. i HAD a friend who was a fan of a character in a ooold comic that i dropped (but i wanna get back to it when im good enough to pull it off)
i dont got any newish pictures of the character. just old cruddy ones. but her name was sesshia and my friend was really into her and it made me pretty happy. she printed out pictures of her and put them on her school folder and quoted her when we were talkin. i drew her in the school paper once and when i first met my friend the class was playin hangman and her word was sesshia. kinda sucked for everyone else who had noooo idea who my character was haha. but thats their fault for not readin my tiny comic in the boring newspaper that one time

Omg. hahhaa. Actually all of my friend go NUTS over Thomas and Rick from my comic Confessions
I mean that was one of the main reasons I started to do more background on them. They originally are from my main plot line where they are just my main characters dads (so they were secondary) but everyone kept asking me MORE and MORE about them. So I started to do background on them. I won't go into spoilers for anyone but I did something in the main story (Not confessions) that pissed my friend off so much she started crying. She was no happy with me. HAHHAAHA.

But as for fans, I'm getting a pretty good following and they always feel sorry for Ricky-doodles. lol. And even though Thomas can act like douche sometimes they still seem pretty interested in why he does the things he does. It's cool.

my sister is my biggest fan, and i am her fans as well of each others work, i think her favorite character of mines is April from my Maximum Chaos series we are working on together, i designed the characters but we are making the story together smile
i also have a few friends on deviantART that loves my Yuuki Aoi Pin-up girl, I am working on sending them commissions and birthday gifts very soon to thanks them for the lovely support! they both are very kind-hearted people and i really want them to know how much they mean to me.
