Red Bubble - sales permit, etc., required?

To upload artwork on Red Bubble, do you have to get:

1. a seller’s permit (I’m in California)
2. dba
3. business license
4. insurance?

I want to suggest Red Bubble to some artists, but want to find this out first. I didn’t think any of these items were needed for Red Bubble, but now I’m reading about people filing 1099s, schedule C’s ... I’d appreciate advice!

Nope. Those forms are there for tax reasons, and only if you make a certain amount of money from Redbubble.
You don't need any of those other things. Those forms are provided by the site as well.
