So here’s the thing. I’m new to PayPal, and recently I earned over $25, so I requested a transfer. However, it has been more than 10 days, and I still haven’t received my payment.

I contacted Tapas customer service, and they replied within 24 hours, saying they sent the payment, but it was denied. My PayPal information is just my email ID. Am I doing it right? That’s the correct PayPal ID, right? Or do i need to set it into a business account?

If you click on your avatar on the main website of tapas and go to your settings, scroll down to PayPal information. Your Paypal e-mail should be there. I don't know if that was the issue, but maybe check if it is the same e-mail connected to your Paypal account. Did that help?

I also tried to transfer money to my friend's PayPal account recently, but it failed as well.

I'm not sure if you need to link your bank or credit card account.

You might want to check if your PayPal account is properly linked to a credit card or bank account.

I connected the right email to my PayPal information. I made double sure. Now let's see what happens. By the way... Thank you:innocent:

Maybe you could try transferring money to your friend first, and ask your friend to transfer to you, to see if sending and receiving payments work properly.
If not, contact PayPal customer service for assistance. :wink:

I have no friends who use PayPal. And I did send an email to Tapas Cutormer care service. Let's hope for the best :slight_smile:

You don't need it to be linked to a card. If Tapas is saying the withdrawal failed, ask Paypal support of there's any problems, and that you should have received money, but apparently the transaction was denied. If Paypal support will say everything is ok with your account, write to Tapas again, with PayPal's support answer screenshot. Last time I made a transfer, they said everything is ok, and then it turned out "they forgot to send the money". So just write to both services about the problem.
