Since many of the backgrounds are drawn already, would it be a good idea to be used again? If you have the entire background layered in Photoshop or any drawing softwares?
It does save time and with few adjustments here and there, it would like new.
This technique was used in many Hanna-Barbera cartoons and many animation productions to get them the most out of the least or sometimes using the same character drawn but adjusted so that it wouldn't look to same-y.
What are your thoughts especially if the BG is already detailed enough?
