Hey everyone,
We've since resolved the issue - it had to do with Google's processing of our app updates. We have two concurrent versions of the app, we have a future build of the app which we use for internal testing and quality control, and another build of the app which you know and love today. During the app updating process, the two were mixed up, which caused a massive error which required the app to be taken down for a few days.
