I'm not sure what you mean by preview? Do you mean viewing how your page will display over published? You can't look at unpublished pages on the app but if you go to edit series and click on any page titles it should take you to how your page will be viewed. If I'm understanding what you're trying to do correctly.
Yes, you are right. I cannot see how the episode will be viewed.I tried that but it still not showing. Don't know what happened
Can you share a screenshot of what you edit series page looks like? Does clicking the episode title redirect you anywhere?
Yes, sure. Here:
Screenshot 1
Screenshot 2
This is the result page of preview page it's showing-
Screenshot 3 it's the mobile version preview-
It's totally white for existing episode or new episode. The desktop version preview is same too
What's your file supposed to look like? What's Sml_white_filler.jpg?
That's a panel. I give some weird names, sorry.
Oh, I've never noticed that preview option but when I try to use it I get the same issue. Something must be broken.
It was working fine before but having some issue since the new site update.
Maybe it's a jpg thing? My previews show up, but they're png.
That sounds possible. I also use jpg.
Snooze, from screenshot 1, if you click on an episode title will it take you to the page so you can view it properly?
Okay, I will try with png files next time. Thank you very much for your kind attention Geez, wasn't able to figure out the problem. Thank you
Yes, by clicking that edit image beside the episode.
Thank you very much for you kind attention. I'll try using png now
I mean, as a potential workaround, clicking here should also allow you to preview even if it's jpg and it's scheduled.
Yeah, I've always just clicked the episode to see how it looked. I didn't even know the 'preview on desktop or mobile' was a thing until OP started the thread xD
Yes, by clicking the titles it will take directly to the episodes. However, when uploading I tend to check each panels by previews and stuff. It changed to habit
I guess it's worth @ratique cause this is a bug that other folks could potentially run into.
Oh yes, if we can confirm it's a jpg vs png issue, we can ping Ratique to send the bug to the dev team to fix it. Normally she'd go through these trouble-shooting things to pinpoint the issue anyway.
Hello!
Sorry for the delay, I tried to recreate this issue but I can't seem to get it done. Which browser are you using?
Thank you!
I'm using Google Chrome from my phone. This version if it helps at all.
