My name is Milo and I was attached to a Webtoon project that came to a halt due to the artist's busy personal life (we're still really good mates!). This project doesn't have any preconceived time restrictions, so it's totally up to you (or us if we can get a team!) and me to figure out a timeline.
I can offer a negotiated payment but I do apoloigise in advance because I can't offer much.

Basically, the premise of this particular project is a boy who lives in a world of fantasy where powers are integrated into everyday life. He comes from an island nation that is slaughtered in the first arc of the comic, forcing him off the island to seek understanding for why his family and kinsmen were slaughtered. It goes deeper than that, I assure you! I just wanted to give you more of a brief description.
