Personally, I think your colors are fine and your characters do have nice diverse features. But there's something about it that just seems bland to me. When it comes to the art itself, the characters aren't that expressive -- like in this episode, both characters faces barely change the entire time. The eyes and mouths remain almost exactly the same, the only changes are the eyebrows and the poses. And like this page here -- I think she's shouting, or at least talking loudly, but her face hasn't changed at all aside from the raised eyebrows.
And it's odd you mention not using a sketch, because I get that impression reading it too. Things seem kind of rushed with the art, which is understandable considering your full time job, but it can still turn some readers off. I feel like the sequence of events is rushed sometimes too -- like I actually wanted to see how Cameron's 'fake date meet up' went with Amadeus.
But other than that, it is a charming comic! I think I enjoyed "Can't Fight this Feeling" the most because of the nice message it had, and the cuteness of Cam and Camellia. And I particularly like how each character has their own chapter; I like getting to know them individually and how it shows the characters relationships with each other too. =)
Overall, I think your series has a lot of potential. You already have some nice characters here and I think you could flesh them out a lot more, maybe find a way to spend more time on the art and just post pages less often to make up for the slower pace.
