Series won't show up in updates

Help! So, for some reason my comic doesn't show up in updated. What to do? I send an e-mail to support but its been week an no response. Should it take some time to appear there? I was monitoring for half an hour and no luck, other work appears.
P.S I guess i'm not the only one, cause i notice updates not updating or smt. I can't believe that there's no updates literally.

Hey there! Saw your post and thought maybe you could try posting the issue on the wall of the tapas moderator team. I saw that they respond to issues like this and thought it might be helpful. Just a suggestion, hope it helps a little.

Was your update an M chapter?
When you publish now or schedule a chapter with a certain M tag, it gets shadowbanned between 12-24 hours.

Well, i had already 9 chapters in my comic and i never saw any of them in the fresh, i think there were 2 of mature, but others are not....

i heard you need minimum 10 chapters to start showing up in Fresh!
