I guess it's a hit and miss between therapists... But most of them are severely bluepilled. As mainstream psychiatry has no room for spirituality except that they treat it as "it's all a BELIEF" with no factual basis. And just ignore and dismiss...
They treat the human MIND like it's a car or a computer or a mechanical object. Refuse to even acknowledge spiritual reality and relegates it all to chemicals in the brain. Your serotonin, dopamine, etc...
Meanwhile, spiritual reality is real as the air you breathe. Your chi/prana/chakra/life force is real. Martial arts... Channel chi in your hand and watch skin whiten up or get "spots"... Hit someone with chi in your hand... Can stun even if you aren't trying to hurt him... how do you think a 130 lb man can generate 1300 lbs of force? Trained boxer of same weight class punches 600-800 lbs. 1300 lbs is heavyweight trained boxer!!! Yeah UFC has exposed all the scam martial artists but doesn't negate evidence of chi...
Remote viewing is real... So is astral projection, energy healing, channelling, etc. Masaru Emoto rice experiments...
Even mainline science acknowledges link between mental health to physical health. Guess what. Your mental health produces negative or positive energy according to your thoughts and emotions. Thoughts and emotions release energy. And energy benefits or destroys your body accordingly.
Spiritual variant of Christianity? Just biblical Christianity. No name for it. It's a hit and miss too but your best bet to narrow it down is the house churches. From experience, the bigger the church, the less spiritual it is.
