@Kimoisempai I think most artists feel this. If you want to collab or trade with someone directly, I feel that it should be something personal that benefits both parties, otherwise the experience might be quite unfair for one artist. The best trades in my opinion are those where both artists love eachothers' work. : >
Although, if you post an open trade on the forum... There's uhh... not much you can do about that, unfortunately. I guess that's what makes it exciting.
Here's another unpopular opinion, so many comic reviews or critiques really don't have that much to say and just end up toeing the line of being honest and being fluff.
Not all but some seem to be utterly afraid of offending the creator... which is not what a critique is for. A creator is not helped with a simple pat on the back, and a comic summary. At least offer some guidance in the very least. Jeez, I think sugar-coating hurts an artist worse than honesty.
