In my story I think I would go with Aya N´Komo. I don´t know if I would call her the most favorite, but definitly most noticable in more than one way.
I don´t have a visual, but here is a quick description: Born somewhere in Africa with a rare genetic condition - partial albinism. Her pigmentation is normal, but her hair is white. Thanks to that her tribe wanted to make her a religious sacrifice. But she got saved by a shady organisation. Fast forward to present day. Since she threw herself into relentless training, she looks like she came from a fight club. Not huge bodybuilder muscles, but coiled like steel cables and a punch strong enough to K.O. a Jeep. And combined with her current hairstyle - a mohawk and her usual frown she looks like the incarnation of bad mood with a very short temper. But under that tough shell is a goofy, loud and funny girl that loves pranks, loves to sleep long and eat - a lot. She is always good for a snappy or sarcastic comment.
And she is affraid of deep water. When she was younger, she was once on a boat and well into the water. She almost drowned. Since then whenever she gets even near a boat, she goes into a full panic mode. But under all that she also has a very gentle side, that cares for her friends a lot, even becomes a moral anchor for the main character.
As the story goes on, she finds a balance between raw power and gentleness making her a rather complex character.
