Alright, got a couple of novels:
First, my High Fantasy Medical Drama: my favorite scene would probably be when the two main character's meet. The main character has run away from home and runs into the other whom he has been instructed to find...it sets the whole story in motion.
Second my Sci-fi Futurism Romance favorite scene would probably be the description of where the main character lives. Climate change destroyed the world and the main character's people adapted by altering human DNA with the DNA of various ocean animals, mainly fish...where he lives is super, super deep water...that dark area where everything glows in the dark and looks like aliens. Get to use some good descriptive words that you don't normally get to use.
Third, my _High Fantasy horror story, I went out on a limb for this one in that, the main character is the Bad Guy, I write this one in that there is no defined Good or Bad characters, everyone has traits of both, but the main character is so...ruthlessly bloodthirsty, dangerous and sadistic that when they take out their anger is so visceral and destructive, just being able to take the Gore Lever and drop a rock on it in maximum overdrive is interesting.
Forth, my _High Fantasy LGBT Romance, kind of like with Sky Garden, my favorite scene is when the two characters first met. Their kingdoms are at war, one of them being a dragon and the other a fairy, the fairy takes in the dragon whom is horribly injured and...well, the rest is the story, but to be a simple as possible...its their attempt to stop the decades long war.
Lastly, my Low Fantasy Magic College Slice of Life, I really tried to make my characters are intricate and fairly unique, but the main character is POC, so getting to describe magical stuff in vivid detail is fun, but mesh it with the intricate elements of their culture is fun because I get to describe all sorts of things people probably don't see represented as often as others.
