Hey hello!

Do you have a series that consists of mainly short stories, story arcs, etc.? If you do, post it down below!

What I love about the short story format is that it gives quite a lot of freedom. You don't have to stick to a single story line for too, if you do a comic, then you can explore all your different art styles, and you can cast any of your old OCs in any of them Plus, it really helps reduce burnout!(well for me at least).

I do have a short story anthology! And I agree, short stories are fun to write and explore.

I only update when I come up with a good horror story, which isn't too often, but whenever I do I add it to my little horror collection. The stories are presented by a horror host named Mikki Menace, who loves to share tales of terror with her friends over the phone... whether they want her to or not.

Hey! This is right up my alley! The Aphuanian Tales is a collection of stories, mostly short ones, all taking place in the same continent. some interweve, some don't, but all can be read on their own without any context! If you're a fan of dry humor and delicious irony, I'm sure you'll love my stories!

I totally agree with you about shorter stories. The stories in my series are more novella length but a shorter stories allow a lot more freedom to explore arcs and character development.

All of mine are short stories. Anywhere from 30-ish pages to one page.

Personally, I've done loads of short stories in my time. They certainly have their benefits. However, I do prefer doing a longer story, which explores more than a couple of themes and subjects at this point in my life.

I have a one finished short story (Romance/Mystery) series here in Tapas

And I also have a short horror poetry collection

Hey there! I have a series with a bunch of unconnected short stories. I have a lot of ideas, and I didn't want them to live in a notebook somewhere lol

I'm also not good with committing to a single novel, so this seemed like the perfect thing for me

My webcomic is a collection of short stories to hype up my novel Jade Kingdoms. Very easy to read through as I'm still a newbie to making comics.
