Hey! I don't have enough context to understand what you are trying to do here, so I will go on a loop and assume this is not supposed to be an establishing shot. So here are a few suggestions:
Put some more spacing between panels. It doesn't have to be much, just a little. It helps to give the impression of a longer comic. It will be great for pacing as well. More specifically, I don't think the first two panels should be side by side, as it is a bit distracting.
The speech bubbles could be just a tiny bit chubbier.
Writing what your character is doing makes sense in some situations, but in others, it may not. And your comic is a solid example of that: when you first use it ("turns"), you do it in a way that is effective and saves time. But when you use it for the second time ("sits up") it is not as efficient. Probably would have been a good idea to show the environment where the character is to provide extra context. Like this:
Other than that, I think you did a great job: Nice and easy-to-understand art, a readable, quality font of a decent size, and a character who looks memorable enough. You can go a long way.
Disclaimer: I do have a comic on webtoons named The Bride. But it's super old. You really shouldn't look around for it just to confirm if my advice is actually that solid. So take my suggestions as if they are coming from somebody who loves reading comics and is very picky of the stuff she will actually care to keep up with.
