I don't see why not?
Most of comic and novel authors rather mirror their series to different platforms in order to have more chances to get readers, instead of sticking to one single place.
Still, promotion is important, having a schedule too. Keeping all your hosting platforms up to date and giving them proper attention also provides to that.
I wouldn't recommend tho to just dump a bunch of episodes in one go. You also need to build up expectation, so try to have either a weekly schedule or to post your series once every 15 days.
I would recommend tho, having a better cover, be it hiring someone to make it or try to learn how to make a more attractive one. Even if """we shouldn't""" people are going to judge a book by it's cover, it has to be interesting, caught people's attention or at least... provide that there is effort into it, otherwise it'll be easy to assume that you don't put effort into your writing either. And even if that's not true, it'll still be a prejudgement that may make people pass by your series.
I also recommend double checking your series, polish it to have it look more professional, have someone to read it for you, be it a friend or someone you can trust so they can check out any errors, repetition, lack of information or other things that you cannot see yourself rather quickly.
