There are no tricks for new platforms you just have to know what they read the most.
For example, Royal Road is famous for having many LitRPG fans (like jrpg systems where MC grows in levels and skills).
From what I have been told honeyfeed is growing so it has variety in genres for now. Since it is a relative small comunity I wouldn't expect much traffic at the start.
The only way to attract more readers is by having a good cover, an interesting summary, good grammar, and talking to the local comunity of said site.
Find out their likes and dislikes.
I have even heard some novel webpages have bots hate reviewing you out of spite. Just because some readers don't like the genre.
From honeyfeed I have only heard positive stuff, but again you have to contact your public to see if your story is their cup of tea.
Think of it like placing a horror novel in a library full of romance novels or vice versa. You will get some public but if the locals only go to that specific library for romance novels it is highly likely they won't read your horror story.
Edit---
P.S. I checked out your series.
I like the cover. Your summary could use some improvement didn't really get what your novel is about. As for the grammar in your chapters it needs lots of improvement. You use lots of "," making sentences super long.
My best advice, to increase your public in any site, is to work on your summary and to improve the grammar. Trust me grammar can always always always get improved. I fry my brain cells each time I write my novel chapters since I have to check around 6 times my grammar. Even then I still find something wrong.
When I write in forums I don't care about grammar tbh it is my small break from work.
