Or it has eight of them, depending on how you define the word.

Vlad of Drugs & Wires is less of a villain and more of an annoyance. I mean, he thinks he's Satan's right hand and what not, but no one in their right mind takes him seriously. Still, we're only a chapter in, so he's as villainy as things get.

Nice scene! It really conveys him the way you described him. He talks big, but he seems to mistake that for actual competence. ('They were killed by the system!' 'I thought the worm killed them.' 'Well, technically...')
Also, for a second I thought the 6's on the back of his jacket were the word "Gee", for some reason.

My comics don't really have 'villains' per se....since it kinda depends on the perspective and how you read the comic / who you root for /etc.

but i guess these guys are the 'main' antagonists.

Here's the first antagonist to appear in my series R:ILPERSONA, Captain Sparks:

He is the first person to appear in the series other than the main character that wields a particular set of powers, and he's the first person that the main character has to battle. Although I'm not sure if he's a villain? Protagonists, antagonists, heroes, villains..hm..so subjective...

Madame Simza, a con-artist who causes serious trouble. She puts on a good show even if she can't really see ghosts. (Link) I'm trying to include characters who aren't simply pure evil. Even the dastardly ones.
