Almost... Cozmata is a girl who is pretty reckless and a bit naive. She is a do it yourselfer yes but she only had one friend in the account of there not being a lot of kids where she lives.

I started your comic 
He's a stoic and inexpressive owl guy. Well he's mostly inexpressive because he can't really move his face like he'd like to. Despite being a serious person, he acts funny unintentionally. He's reserved and doesn't like to be the center of attention. He can't eat normal human food (like cake) so he eats owl things and that disgusts his companions.
She's often angry and hates people. Feeling like a superior person, she enjoys giving them a hard time, especially when they don't agree with her or don't see her as the great person she is. And when they do it's normal for her to use them as her servants. She used to act like that even with her family and scared them at the point she's now a loner. She likes food full of sugar.
She's jaded by life and doesn't expect anything good to happen anymore in her life. Her family used to ignore her and when whe was kid, used to be bullied by the other kids around. She used to have few friends but bad things happened among them and they are now just acquaintances. Very cynical, she doesn't mind to be alone anymore but still have a pet fish.
Good guess. She's actually the complete opposite. She's one of the youngest heroes in the shared universe and is friendly to everyone. She only uses brute force when absolutely necessary, but prefers more diplomatic approaches

It's ok of course!
He's a paladin-like man. He perfectly obey to his superiors so they put a lot of trust into him. He doesn't tolerate injustice but can occasionally let things out of the law happening. When in a team, people often look for his protection and advices. He doesn't smile a lot and doesn't have a lot of close friends. He's very good at swordsmanship, making him very admired by young people.
He is a fierce and proud dragon boy. A bit too confident, that sometimes irritate people. He likes to feel like the hero of the team and can act egoist. He's confused and sad when people drive him out, but they always end to get him back because he isn't aware of his behaviour and is someone good at heart. Also he likes to watch over his teammates so nothing bad happens to them.
Aaaand I'm probably stopping here! (because I must stop procrastinating)

The last three facts are okay, though the first ones don't suit him very well. Hes very morally gray as he would do anything that he needs to, without caring for the consequences. Also for that same reason his relationship with his superiors is very conflictive.

Funnily enough, you're again right for the most part! He is very proud and confident, though fierce is probably not a word I would use to describe him most of the time, though he can be when pushed. He is quite egotistical and a bit of a narcissist that wants to be the center of attention and often wonders why most of the team doesn't like him very much. He is a very nice guy, though sometimes oblivious to embarrassing others given his own pride. And yeah, he does watch over his teammates seeing that he's the oldest of them. In fact, he was actually assigned to watch over Flare (not to be confused with @Chita's red amnesiac dragon character named Flare 
) by someone else for some reason that would spoil my comic.
All in all, a very good guess and I'm glad we could do this!

Through the story he's slowly growing up and getting out of his shell, going places he's only heard of, and at 42 he's a really grumpy angsty teenager who just wants to avenge his people (living up to ~450 years)
