It doesn't have to be 'natural hair.' Just any oc whose hair is curly, be they black, white, asian, indigenous or an alien lol.
This is the Princess Aubrea, the kind-hearted daughter of the cruel, despotic Emperor Telisconius of World Vardethn. She's supposed to have what we would call ringlets. As you can see, her fashion sense is rather peculiar.
