Do you make little to no money?? Is buying gifts not personal enough for you?? Do you really just love drawing and gifting art?????

It’s’ the season! Show off the art you’re gifting someone! (As long as you’re not worried about them seeing it on here.

My sister really likes Pitch Black-Anna shenanigans so I drew them hugging. It’s far from ready but I’m excited for what she’ll think ^^

They never come out professionally because I don't have a press (and honestly don't know what I'm doing either, heh), but most years I make a small run of prints that I give to family and close friends.

This year is a study of The Deer Park of the Chateau of Mariemont by Jan Brueghels the Elder because I really like the deer :coffee_love:.

I do love gifting art and can't lie it's kind of sweet to see it in people's homes when we visit.

I love the deer! And the forest behind it, it has a minimalist charm that you could easily see it on a professional Christmas card or something ^^

That looks awesome honestly. I remember I had to do a print in highschool and I wish I would have had these kind of print skills haha

Kind of cheating since this is a christmas gift I was commissioned to make but... eh? I still like how it turned out, as did the client, and I hope her recipient likes it as well!

As an aside I was horrible at present shopping this year, so my plan is to give any friend that got something for me a "commission coupon" that they can redeem whenever for a nice illustrated gift in the new year  I used to have time to just draw stuff for people ahead of holidays like this but... that time no longer exists, sadly

That still counts!! It looks really well done like you put a lot of effort into it! I’m sure whoever gets it will be thrilled ^^

That looks awesome!! It’s so sweet that you looked at their interests and gave them something they’d like! It has a very cozy feel, personally I’d definitely hang it up in my room ^^

You’ve been busy! Damn, all those look really well drawn so congrats lol ^^ even if it’s an advent calendar for yourself, a gift is a gift! And well done in participating in TWO secret Santa’s, that’s an incredible amount of work.

Oh those are tagged to the original creator they get all of the art in the end of it.

That Grinch is incredible yo, whoever you made that for is gonna love it

Your style is SO cute and the Minotaur girl has stolen my heart ️ you did so well and I bet your friends will be very excited with gifts like those ^^

The grinch is solid!! A great mimic of the original art and I think your family photo is beautiful, the colours are dreamy ^^

what a nice thread!

I am gifting a couple of artsy stuff to family this time

First these, I drew my niece and nephew as some cartoony figures for them to color themselfs.
I printed them and they will get it with some crayons as well

My mom is getting a poster I drew, inspired by the constellation pisces, as we both are that :sparkles:

and my grandma will be getting another print i did on canvas

Its fun to make giftart, but also so hard caus I dont feel like its enough, I never know if the person will like it or not, but at least it is wholeheartedly from me, a personal gift, and i would love something like that myself so hopefully they all will like their gifts
