Both of my collaborations are kind of different workflow so that is how i've been able to make it work so far.
For one collaboration we don't have a release date set and they will send me a small portion of script I will send them the rough sketch and we'll go from there.
It takes a bit longer to create though since I'm not as used to drawing in the format (scrolling) and so i have to do a lot of editing/reworking certain panels.
The other collaboration we are trying to build a buffer before we launch the comic. So it is important to try and maintain the pace i was originally working at just so I'm not stuck without a good amount of buffer.
Its in a page by page format so i do take quite a bit of time figuring out how the story is going to flow, but I'm actually really excited working on the project and want to do really well.
My own comic is way simpler since I can practically work around either work schedule and I can create pages faster for this project.
I guess I'm not sure if I am being unreasonably stressed out or putting things out of proportion.
I want both collaborations to go well as they are my first time working on a proper comic. (i won't count my own since its not a complete story only a collection of short stories)
