Can you share a link? Is it available on a website somewhere? I only found something about how it's an app for phones, and apps can be developed in ways that don't involve web animation technology at all.
I did some stuff on html5 canvas in the past, first in Adobe Edge and then recreated it in Adobe Animate. AA has an option to create responsive canvases which means it can cover the entire visible space of the page which is what you may want. Sadly, no coding experience will be a problem, because all of these animations MUST be written in Javascript to a certain extent. Like, you can draw and create frames as you wish, but you can't drag and drop code and click buttons on the screen without knowing what it does. I know this because I had ~ideas~ too but implementing them meant I needed to learn JS.
Anyway, looking at your list I think AA isn't even good for this. Maybe take a look into Green Sock aka GSAP. But I don't know much about those tools, so can't help you here.
