So what is Trust Level, its ranks and how it increases?

I realized trust level is member does anyone know how trust level on someone’s profile actually works and how does it increase? And what ranks there are?

Been on the forums for a while and still never actually figured how it works lol and how long does it take to increase?

These are the available trust levels, though "leader" has to be officially appointed by staff.
