Omg you are doing it right now; Reviving old arguments from the dead and forcing them upon people, and assuming you hold the absolute undefiable truth.
It is extremely frustrating and condescending. Please. Stop. Doing this.
You DON'T hold the absolute truth. You really don't.
You are also ENTIRELY MISSING grey areas in the discussion which is another big problem. You are claiming I've said things I haven't.
Firstly, no I didn't. Secondly, I only implied they will attempt to do so most of the time.
Keep in mind that creators like ourselves have to register businesses most of the time in order to be responsible tax-wise. We don't want to profit off of badly done work. It hurts our pride and makes the effort a business takes entirely wasted. This is true for most companies and company owners I have been in immediate contact with.
MOST not ALL.
MOST of the time, not ALL of the time.
MOST OF THE TIME they will keep long term results in mind. Not ALL OF THE TIME.
You seem to have missed the most vital part in reaching maturity, and that is to see greys not black vs white. You are twisting my words and turning them into extremes that I simply have not spoken. It makes any reasonable argument with you entirely impossible.
Since you don't seem to see it, I will point it out in ways you can understand:
Words used:
"Most", not "all"
"Rarely", not "never"
"Oftentimes", not "always".
The extreme version you read out of it is on you, not me.
