Like stan lee means: you show up in your own comic.

Or if you have a character like Panda man in Onepiece, who can be seen in the background some times.

I don't like writing myself into my comics as I prefer to keep real people and fictional people separate, but sometimes, I do cameos of other people's characters from webcomics I read. It's my way of promoting them.

You'll see a lot in this one:

The Webtoon Mirrors;

This episode hasn't come out yet, but I drew me and my husband as background characters in a panel
That's us at the front with the short curly hair and the bald man. :smile:

All of my stories are in the same universe. Characters cameo in other stories. I wrote myself in as a character, so my character shows up here and there. My character will be making an appearance in the second book of my series, French Cup. My character's name is Sana, and he's a singer who is ill, small, feminine, quiet, like me. He's originally a main character in my series, Lyra's Magnum Opus.

Hardly compare him to Stan Lee, but Yohan is a recurring background character and occasional comedic side character.
My friend and I had this weird joke in our first animation about a bear that steals newspapers and we liked him so much that I try to shove him in wherever I can.
If I knew how I'd love to make a mascot costume for him for conventions.

I show up occasionally, but only when the characters feel like abusing me.
